OKAY!! … now what?

I may have bad news for a few…
If you were/are by chance under the impression that the second wave of covid isn’t really happening you NEED to wake up and maybe dunk your head into a bucket of ice water. It’s real and it’s happening. I mean the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has cancelled the board exams for class 10 for the first time since 1962!
This tough move resulted in a whole array of memes online and you will have to have been living under a rock if you haven’t come across any of them. Though there are mixed responses towards this motion, with the rising numbers of Covid cases this was a result that couldn’t have been avoided. Personally, I did want to attempt the exams (no nerd comments;/). We spent the whole year studying online which was and is excruciating. Suddenly my efforts were in vain, you see where I’m coming from?
One thing I am absolutely certain about during this confusing time is that after the students have their fill of merrymaking, which mostly will not last for too long they all are going to go back to signing the tunes of- I’M BOOOREEDDDD.
My advice is that you find something to keep yourself occupied. Such a standard suggestion am I right? But think about it, you have a LOT of time and you’re not allowed to go out. I’m talking about skincare (you don’t HAVE to look like a dried-out peach, do you?) video editing, dance breaks (unleash the inner dance queen in you), and a whole lot more!
Ever tried listening to Russian rap? It’s a whole new world that even Aladdin and his magic carpet wouldn’t be able to show you. Or maybe you could be the director of the new movie starring Milo- your pet dog (I’d kill to see this movie, no joke)
Oooh how about delving deep into the depths of Socrates’ philosophy or maybe you could even get into miniature art. Fancy a cupcake? How about you make one and immediately burn all those calories. Chloe Ting anyone? *screams from trauma* Maybe even join us here at TTYL, we promise a fun time!
There honestly is a whole lot to do, you’ve just got to get up and do it (and maybe send us pictures of how you’ve spent your time so you can be featured!)
